We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our sales and service team with documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare sales documents, quotations, and client proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) for business requirements.
- Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information.
- Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and business activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day support for the sales team.
- Graduate in Business / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in business operations / sales coordination / back-office support.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
