We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office supplies and resources, coordinate with executive office, operations, HR and commercial departments to ensure smooth workflow, handle scheduling and communication tasks, and supervise administrative staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities
- Managing office supplies and resources effectively
- Coordinating with various departments for smooth workflow
- Handling scheduling and communication tasks efficiently
- Supervising administrative staff and monitoring contract renewals
For this role, we require a strong leader who can implement office policies and ensure compliance with company regulations while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in office software and management tools.
The Administrative Manager will work closely with senior leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall performance. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, and 5+ years of experience in a managerial administrative role would be advantageous but not essential.
