Contracts Manager

A high-level Contracts Manager position is available for an individual with expertise in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

This pivotal role oversees all pre and post-contract processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in contract negotiations, financial management practices, and budgeting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all aspects of pre and post-contract processes
  • Leadership of project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints
  • Management of vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners
  • Conduct of detailed rate analysis and spearheading of negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions
  • Ensurance of financial accuracy across projects by supervision of budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with the company's strategic objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil)
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector
  • Required Skills:
    • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices
    • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
