Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development within the Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To spearhead the pursuit of new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs, and effectively communicate these proposals.
  • Utilize industry expertise to analyze product flow processes, manpower productivity, and operational efficiencies, thereby informing strategic decision-making.
  • Develop process flows, resource allocation plans, and manpower deployment strategies to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to derive OPEX and CAPEX projections for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Operations team to leverage operational insights and support business development initiatives.
  • Apply data analytics skills to identify areas for cost optimization and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Implementation Team to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcome.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Contract Logistics Domain
  • Demonstrated understanding of in-plant, yard operations, and warehousing businesses across multiple industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with proficiency in working with complex data sets
  • Mastery of market/business intelligence principles
  • Attention to detail, with high competency in Microsoft Office
