Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads across various sectors, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate with design and execution teams to plan and implement projects efficiently.
  • Site Supervision: Ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Industry Experience: 2–5 years of experience in MEP sales/projects, preferably with HVAC expertise.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Critical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client/site meetings.
