We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunication Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert-level technical support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.

This role requires strong knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting, as well as experience with MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.

The selected candidate will also possess a deep understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process awareness.

In addition, they should be familiar with Cisco Voice network deployment models and understand the functioning of voice network devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation, and site coordination.

They will also act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations, provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions, maintain and update knowledge base and documentation, and initiate and implement processes improvements.

Furthermore, excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, UCCE or PCCE email & voice communication skills, teamwork, Power point presentation/preparation, and Excel-related analytics are essential qualities for this role.

  • Expert-level technical support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
