As a Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging, you will be part of our team responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

This is a full-time, remote role where you will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations of SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting
Monitoring Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time

Providing timely and high-level service to customers via email and phone calls

Collaborating with clients on head-to-head testing/configuration

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
Minimum 1 year of experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator
Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
