Job Title: Phone Number Operations Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve complex issues and optimize operations.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch support via email, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience working on operations teams, preferably in eCommerce or Telecommunications.
  • Basic technical skills, including SQL and API understanding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar data extraction and visualization tools.
  • Background in telecommunications is a plus.
