We are seeking a seasoned Specification Specialist to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Buiding and maintaining long-term relationships with architects, designers, and other key stakeholders in the A&D community.
  • Liaising with these individuals to influence decisions on product specifications and drive sales of high-margin, premium products.
  • Developing and implementing account plans that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product visibility and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • A post-graduate diploma or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in driving specifications for premium products.
  • A strong network within the A&D community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
