The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Residential/Commercial/Government projects in the Construction & Building material Industry.
- Liaise with architects, interior designers, fabricators and developers to influence decisions on specifications;
- Drive specifications of high-margin, premium products and global design portfolio;
- Ownership of "specifications to sales" cycle;
- Introduce and establish existing & newly launched products in A&D ecosystem;
- Market analysis – key trends, competition tracking, positioning, footprint, alliances, products & pricing, customer expectations, local growth clusters etc.;
- Forecast and delivery of quarterly, half-yearly & annual targets.
This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and excellent knowledge of the construction industry.
About the Role:
As a Specification Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with Architecture & Design (A&D) community.
You will be working closely with architects, interior designers, fabricators and developers to drive specification decisions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the A&D community's needs and preferences;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and A&D community needs;
- Driving specifications of high-margin, premium products and global design portfolio;
- Ownership of "specifications to sales" cycle;
- Introducing and establishing existing & newly launched products in A&D ecosystem;
- Conducting market analysis to identify key trends, competition tracking, positioning, footprint, alliances, products & pricing, customer expectations, local growth clusters etc.;
- Forecasting and delivering quarterly, half-yearly & annual targets.
