ERP Implementation and Maintenance Specialist

The role of an ERP Implementation and Maintenance Specialist involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning systems, specifically SAP Business byDesign (SAP ByD). This requires a strong understanding of financial management systems, accounting principles, and financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing ERP modules related to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting
  • Handling support issues, performing root cause analysis, and documenting solutions
  • Managing user access, security configurations, and permissions within ERP platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery

Additionally, experience in SQL databases and reporting tools is desirable, as well as relevant certifications in ERP systems such as SAP ByD or similar.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Techno functional or similar role, with expertise in SAP ByD
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
