IT Infrastructure Management Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure.

  • Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring servers, networks, and other IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems, as well as handle user management, access control, and IT support.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability by applying security patches, antivirus, and backup solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, working closely with teams to ensure business continuity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments, hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, proficiency in backup & recovery tools, system monitoring, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

They will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities to manage enterprise-scale IT systems and grow professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience as a System / IT Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments
  • Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN
  • Proficiency in backup & recovery tools, system monitoring
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
