Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to lead our Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits strategy. This role is crucial in aligning reward systems with business goals, driving employee retention through effective pay practices, and providing insights to inform decision-making.

  • Develop total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the workforce costs planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance and Business Heads.
  • Conduct manpower planning in collaboration with talent acquisition and business partners.
  • Design compensation structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking exercises using market data and internal equity principles.
  • Drive data-driven insights and create dashboards around rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends.
  • Partner with consultants to manage compensation benchmarking, surveys, and best practice reviews.
  • Oversight of annual performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles, including system readiness and payout governance.
  • Support HRBP teams and leaders with C&B advisory services.

Key Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA from a recognized institute.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, AOP, total rewards, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation tools.
  • Experience handling large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain attention to detail.
