
Rewards Strategist

The role of a Compensation Consultant involves delivering solutions in the area of compensation and benefit.
This professional will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, research industry trends externally, and review internal materials per industry.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs
- Research material on the client organization to comprehend the context and requirement
- Analyze compensation data to identify root causes/trends/issues, and generate reports accordingly
The ideal candidate will prepare an outline of the recommended solution, validate it with the project manager, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver solutions across the suite of data consulting services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making presentations to clients on the proposed solution
- Liaising with finance and raising invoices on a timely basis based on agreed deliveries
- Serving as a point of contact for assigned business partners
The successful candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in total rewards/compensation, an MBA or post-graduation in human resources, and strong Excel and data analytics skills.
