The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to gather valuable insights on potential clients' needs and pain points.
  • Initiate proactive outreach efforts through various channels to establish connections and drive lead generation.
  • Qualify leads by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our digital solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and refine messaging.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and ensure accurate records of interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and customer insights.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Meet and exceed targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Owning the entire proposal process, from identifying customer needs to developing win themes and producing complete proposals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to grow in a sales career.
