Job Title: Business Intelligence Engineer

Overview

The Business Intelligence Engineer will play a key role in shaping the strategy and direction of customer-facing products that are core to the customer experience. As a member of the last mile leadership team, you will continually raise the bar on both quality and performance.

This is an opportunity for a results-oriented individual with excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive innovation and strategic initiatives forward. The successful candidate will possess superior analytical abilities and judgment, using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop process to effectively maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
  • Be successful in a delivery-focused environment and determine the right processes to make the team successful.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for customer experience on our platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
