Senior Business Analyst

Lead business requirements analysis in Consent and Preference Management, Data Privacy, Customer Identity and Access Management. Ensure consistency of the overall solution through continuous management of user expectations.

Own the solution design, user requirements specifications, and product backlog. Lead the gathering of user requirements, provide clarifications to technical teams, and validate implementation.

Articulate the voice and priorities of the customer, define the vision, roadmap, and goal of the Product. Identify, prioritize features, and collaborate with the Product team.

Evaluate solutions against business and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle. Improve current team processes and quality standards.

  • Lead business requirements analysis
  • Own solution design and user requirements specifications
  • Gather and document user requirements
  • Collaborate with Product team on feature acceptance criteria and test cases
  • Evaluate solutions against business and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis with customer-facing applications
  • 3+ years of business process analysis experience in Pharma domain
  • Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, and other Data Privacy laws
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence
