Key Responsibilities:

2. Liaise with various business teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services in a consultative capacity.">
3. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.">
4. Oversee complex global project execution, delivering within deadlines and schedules.">
5. Provide forward thinking analysis to business problems, presenting innovative solutions and remedies.">
6. Create and manage system roadmaps and execute against them.">
7. Identify, track, report and resolve issues in a timely manner.">
8. Lead testing efforts, acting as a liaison between business units and developers.">
9. Interact with customers and other end users to determine enhancements.">
10. Discuss and understand business requirements, drive solution workshops, train key users and manage client expectations.">
11. Create business process documents capturing customer key business processes in a structured manner.">
12. Work with clients to categorize functionality gaps between existing processes and software.">
13. Understand technology stacks provided as solutions and work towards optimal solutions.">
14. Design configurations, enhancements, conversions and interfaces.">
15. Perform system testing by developing and documenting test scenarios.">

Requirements:

• Very analytical thinker.">
• At least 2 to 4 years experience in functional/operational/business analysis for software product development or implementation.">
• Experience in supply chain domain (warehouse management) as Functional/Operational would be an added advantage.">
• Collaborate on and document requirements/changes throughout the software development life cycle.">
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate well with users (all levels), developers and other business owners.">
• Ability to effectively facilitate team meetings, delivering informative, well-organized presentations.">
• Strong business analysis skills - requirements gathering, documentation (requirements and technical), process mapping, etc.">
• Provide domain knowledge/product knowledge to development and QA teams and as a subject matter expert.">
• Exhibit innovation in the development of methods or approaches to solve design issues and development challenges.">
• Participate in the design and coordination of user acceptance tests.">
• Ensure that requirement and design documents are appropriately distributed, reviewed, discussed, modified and ultimately approved.">
