About This Role

At Kibo, we're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in hunting for leads within our top accounts. You'll work closely with our Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing team to target and prospect decision makers of prospective and current clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and source new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Create a great first impression with our prospects through personalized and professional interactions.
  • Participate in high-level qualification and discovery calls to understand customer needs and pains.
  • Partner with Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to create and prioritize target lists or accounts.
  • Deliver, exceed, and crush your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Scheduling and management of activities in Salesforce.
  • Event participation, such as industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Prior sales development experience in the SaaS/Technology sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energy, passion, and a great attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
  • A desire to be in sales.
