Sales Development Representative

At GharOffice, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned, building strong relationships with customers, and processing revenue generation through cold calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
