What You Will Lead and Deliver:

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
