Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Years Programme Leader to drive and enhance our educational programmes.

The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering an engaging, student-centered environment and will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to promote the principles of education excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and review curriculum frameworks in alignment with international best practices.
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure effective delivery of academic programmes and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Provide guidance and support for educators in the development of project-based learning experiences.
  • Organize and lead professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Engage with parents and the community to promote understanding of educational programmes.
  • Coordinate and support student assessments and maintain records as per regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with developments and changes to ensure adherence to international standards.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including educators, parents, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Training or certification in leadership or education management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in education and a strong understanding of educational frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
