Lead Marketing

We seek a dedicated marketing leader to oversee off-campus marketing activities and build partnerships with educational institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute off-campus marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Design and manage Above the Line (ATL) campaigns, such as hoardings and radio ads, to increase visibility.
  • Drive Below the Line (BTL) campaigns, including pamphlet distribution and local outreach programs, to engage with students and parents.
  • Coordinate seminars and workshops in educational settings, ensuring seamless collaboration with schools and coaching centers.
  • Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improved return on investment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, budgets, and logistics for events and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is an asset.
  • 4-7 years of experience in off-campus marketing, preferably in education or consumer sectors.
  • Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars.
  • Strong connections within West Bengal's education sector are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • A self-starter capable of working independently and driving results.
