Marketing Lead (Enterprise IT Services)

Location: Remote (Madurai-based preferred)

Experience: 6+ years (Enterprise IT Consulting Industry experience required)

Are you a results-driven marketing professional with deep experience in the Enterprise IT Services industry? We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own and execute our marketing strategy, driving brand growth and lead generation for a rapidly scaling IT consulting company.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.


• Drive demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise clients in the IT consulting space.


• Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.


• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.


• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.


• Manage external vendors, partners, and contractors to ensure quality execution of campaigns.

Requirements:


• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in the Enterprise IT Services or IT Consulting industry.


• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns in a B2B/enterprise environment.


• Strong understanding of IT consulting services, enterprise sales cycles, and industry trends.


• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.


• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.


• Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
