About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising & Valuation Specialist to drive our Series A fundraising process with key stakeholders, including venture capitalists, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals. They will also possess strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
  • Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
