Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Monitoring and Evaluation initiatives. This role will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system for all programs implemented by the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistics, social sciences, medical sciences, or public health, with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or research. They will be able to design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems, collect and analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform program decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Medical Sciences, or Public Health
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or Research
  • Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation or Population Sciences related field (optional)
