ERP Change Control Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the change control process, ensuring all changes are thoroughly reviewed, documented, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing proposed changes to ERP environments, including patches, configurations, and customizations.
- Evaluate change requests for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of change approvals, testing evidence, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the impact of changes on the system.
- Implement and enforce SOX-related change management controls, including segregation of duties and audit trails.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliant change processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT change management, ERP systems, or compliance roles.
- Understanding of ERP modules and architecture, as well as SOX compliance principles and IT general controls (ITGC).
