Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies to ensure effective management of MTS services to end-users and application teams.
  • Lead a highly skilled team, onboard resources, manage projects, cost control, budgets, and ensure optimisation.
  • Handle critical escalations, ensure resolution, and work independently to propose ideas and collaborate globally.
  • Maintain knowledge on infrastructure management, automation, incident, change, request, and release management, vulnerability management, asset, license, and capacity management.
  • Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per recommendations and participate in supporting applications during DRs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably in outsourcing or managed services environments.
  • Experience in Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Skills in certificate renewals, protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pesit), and Unix/Linux.
  • Education: Engineering graduate/MCA/Computer Science Graduate or PG.
