Java Production Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Java Production Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our production systems. This position is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot and are passionate about solving real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.

This specialist will work along with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer reported problems, participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team about the ongoing escalation and their statuses, own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines, build tools and techniques to help with Root Cause Analysis using the data available on platform and by digging deep into code base, reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them as needed after RCA, provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to improve overall customer satisfaction, and work with Product management team to identify and implement backlog requirements which could add value to product.
