Job Title: OnGuard/Genetec Support and Enhancements Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide second-level support for Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genetec Security Center and OnGuard access control systems remotely.
  2. Analyze, debug, and resolve system incidents, alarms, and operational issues.
  3. Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely problem resolution.
  4. Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software enhancements and custom integrations to improve system functionality.
  5. Implement software upgrades and patches in accordance with company processes.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and initiate preventive measures.
  8. Collaborate with security teams to optimize access control policies, permissions, and workflows within OnGuard/Genetec systems.
  9. Support integration with third-party security systems (CCTV cameras, Alarm systems, etc.) and IT infrastructure.
  10. Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to junior staff or end-users when required.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and experience in OnGuard and Genetec Security Center systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
