Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Record and check day-to-day financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) to provide valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Help maintain financial trackers and spreadsheets to facilitate easy access to critical financial information.
  • Work closely with teams to provide timely and accurate financial updates and reports.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries to ensure seamless payment processing.
  • Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to perform complex financial analyses.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial software such as Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero.
