Leadership Role for Customer Service Team

As a seasoned Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the performance of a customer service team in a voice operations environment. With a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a Customer Care BPO, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Archiving and tracking of Key Results Indicators (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Effective client handling and relationship management
- Driving team performance and ensuring associates meet their targets
- Inbound and outbound customer service, excluding sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a Customer Care BPO
- Graduation mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
