Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Assurance Professional to join our team. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Test Assurance Professional:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed, structured test plans and cases, estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Automation and Scripting: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
  • Bug Identification and Tracking: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs, perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Quality Process Development: Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Quality Assurance Experience: Proven work experience of 4+ years in software quality assurance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including SQL and API testing.
  • Agile Development Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Healthcare Data Expertise: US Healthcare Data experience preferably in Value-Based Care and strong healthcare data background - clinical, claims, FHIR, HL7, X12, CCDA etc.
