Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quality Assurance professional to fill a critical role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software products meet quality standards.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to identify system requirements, provide feedback on technical design documents, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Bug Tracking and Resolution: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs, then work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
  • Testing Process Development: Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven work experience of 4+ years in software quality assurance.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Skills: Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases; ability to validate data mappings, ETL transformations, business validations, and aggregation/analytical checks; strong working experience in SQL and proficiency in writing SQL queries; API testing experience with REST/SOAP, Postman, PyCharm, and Pytest.
  • Background: US Healthcare Data experience preferably in Value-Based Care and strong healthcare data background, including clinical, claims, FHIR, HL7, X12, and CCDA.
