Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers in testing and validating our software applications. You will develop and execute test plans, create comprehensive test scripts, and ensure that all defects are raised correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality test plans and test scripts
  • Lead a team of QA engineers in testing and validation of software applications
  • Ensure that all defects are raised correctly and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Provide technical guidance and support to QA engineers
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and schedules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software testing and quality assurance
  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
