Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate software through smoke testing, sanity testing, blackbox testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing, functional, and non-functional testing
  • Create and review comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter
  • Collaborate with the business analyst team, development team, and QA team to identify and resolve issues
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports
  • Have hands-on experience in database testing using Postgres
  • Independently handle client coordination in terms of requirement gathering, sign-offs, audits, UAT, etc.
  • Have knowledge of JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr, etc.
  • Experience all stages of software testing including requirement gathering, RTM, test plan, test case designing and execution, defect reporting, and tracking
  • Experience REST APIs testing using Postman and SOAPUI
  • Evaluate and improve the testing process
  • Preferred experience in IT projects in the finance sector
