Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and provide feedback.
  • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
