Senior Test Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team as a Senior Test Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and design documents.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing on software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner using bug-tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality delivery.
Collaboration, Communication, and Documentation:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to achieve high-quality outputs.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project success within the Agile framework.
  • Prepare detailed testing reports, document defects, and provide insights on overall product quality.
  • Communicate test results and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
  • Strong experience with manual testing and a good understanding of automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API test automation tools such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
