Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to fill this challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in verification and validation of software by conducting various types of testing, including smoke testing, sanity testing, blackbox testing, system testing, regression testing, integration testing, functional and non-functional testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and review comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Hands on experience in Database testing using Postgres.
  • Independently handle client coordination in terms of requirement gathering, sign offs, audits, UAT etc.
  • Should have knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Zephyr etc.
  • Experience in all stages of software testing including requirement gathering, test plan development, test case designing and execution, defect reporting and tracking.
  • Should have experience in REST APIs testing using postman and SOAPUI.
  • Evaluating and improving the testing process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT projects in Finance sector is preferred.
