Job Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of transactions. You will work closely with teams to identify process improvements and provide feedback to enhance performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transactions to ensure they adhere to established guidelines
  • Provide regular feedback on transactional data to inform business decisions
  • Collect and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness

  • Review transaction responses to ensure compliance with established guidelines
  • Analyze customer satisfaction reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct queries type analysis to inform process enhancements
