Associate Program Director Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs across various stages of development, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute program plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from planning to closure, ensuring seamless transitions and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyze program performance and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with software experience.
  • At least 18 years of IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
