Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, ROI, and impact.
  • Build and maintain a phased roadmap for executing initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely launch of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Revenue enablement and sponsorship strategy.
  • Team leadership and management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
