Insurance Risk Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Manager to oversee underwriting and placements for assigned corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the insurance portfolio, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare RFQs and arrange the same from various insurance companies, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.">
  • Placement of policies and after-placement servicing, including claims addition and deletion of employees in non-Employer (EB) Policies, to ensure seamless coverage for corporate clients.">
  • Preparing various reports required by regulatory bodies, showcasing the company's commitment to transparency and compliance.">
  • Scrutinizing claims and servicing various corporates for claims and enrolment, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.">
  • Coordinating agendas and preparing high-level notes and actions for team members, fostering effective collaboration and communication within the team.">
  • Managing customer interactions, handling clients courteously to enhance satisfaction, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.">

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post graduate in any stream, with a focus on risk management and insurance being an added advantage.">
  • Sound product knowledge across all products - Property, Fire, Engineering, and ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.">
  • Ability to work independently and comfortably engage with Chief Executive Officers (CXOs) of corporates, navigating complex business environments with ease.">
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic person with a hunger to make it big, possessing excellent leadership skills and strategic thinking.">
