Business Consultant

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting directly to senior management and working collaboratively with other team members to solve complex business issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong technical knowledge and analytical abilities. You will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address business issues.
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Progressive experience in internal audit or a related field, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business development and client relationship building skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical abilities.
