Job Opportunity:

Our team is seeking a skilled statistical programmer to lead programming activities for multiple studies and drive the implementation of data analytics reports.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead statistical programming activities for multiple studies or implement data analytics reports
  • Make strategic decisions and propose plans at study or project level
  • Provide supervision and advice on functional expertise and processes, as well as build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions/interactions, safety reports, publications, post-marketing activities, etc.
  • Develop innovative solutions, share knowledge, and act as an expert in problem-solving aspects

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieve high levels of quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across functional activities and deliverables
  • Meet Novartis policy and guidelines, as well as customer/partner feedback and satisfaction requirements
