Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Automate recurring reports and data processes.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools (Python, R is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts is an advantage.
