Business Analyst - Data Insights

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation by leveraging data insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive business value. You will have expertise in data analysis and interpretation, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements and drive business value
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation
  • Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business analytics
  • Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
