Biostatistician Role

As a Biostatistician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the scientific integrity and validity of clinical development, early development, and research projects. You will work collaboratively to produce key data and reports in support of data review, reporting, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study Level: You will be responsible for all statistical tasks on assigned trials, performing these tasks independently with peer review/input as required. This includes protocol development, statistical analysis planning, and reporting activities. You will also contribute to planning and execution of exploratory analyses, PK/PD analyses, biomarker and diagnostic analyses, and statistical consultation.
  • Explain Statistical Methodology: You will explain complex statistical concepts and interpret analysis results. Your expertise will be utilized to support submission activities and documents, meetings with Health Authorities, and other drug development activities.
  • Represent Organization: As a representative, you will engage in statistical discussions at external congresses, conferences, and scientific meetings. You will collaborate with external review boards, consultants, and other external parties as needed.

Role Requirements:

  • Mastery of statistics or equivalent field with 7+ years of relevant experience or PhD in statistics or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • You will influence decisions that impact trial/project outcomes and team performance. Experience in all aspects of statistical analysis and demonstrated independence in the role are essential.
