Job Title: ERP Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • This role involves configuring shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • The ideal candidate will troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations is crucial.
  • You will participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP support for timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Familiarity with Workday Timekeeping or equivalent systems is required.
  • Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary.
