Job Title: Senior Biostatistician

The Senior Statistician plays a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality, reliable statistical expertise and support.

Responsibilities include performing and overseeing quality control (QC) of data displays with inferential statistics, conducting QC analysis datasets prepared by others, and maintaining project administration files.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the field
  • Statistical leadership and support to clinical trials, sample size calculations as needed
  • Participation in cross-functional study-related activities and team meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Authoring or reviewing statistical analysis plans, providing guidance on dataset specifications and programming/validation of tables, listings, and figures
  • Validation of analysis variables and statistical outputs, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability
  • Participation in other activities and meetings to support Biostatistics and the Development Team as needed, driving business growth and success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in statistics or related fields with 6+ years of industry experience
  • PhD degree with 3+ years of postgraduate experience in Biostatistics or equivalent
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to manage diverse organization structures, fostering a positive work environment
  • Solid statistics background and training, working knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies and SAS programming skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments
